Noise Catalogue and students of the Bard Percussion Studio present an immersive, interdisciplinary concert experience centered around the influential literary work ‘Invisible Cities’ by Italo Calvino. Through the musical lens of original compositions and creations by the performers, we will explore the wide-ranging perspectives from which Calvino’s work examines the essences, idiosyncrasies, and unseen connections present in the cities wherein we reside.
The 8 pm concert is preceded by an installation in the same space, which is open to the public from 11 am-6 pm.
